Disclaimer and Refund Policy

Disclaimer of Liability:
Must do Places is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients. However, by booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility:
   
   • Clients participate in all activities at their own risk.
   • We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during activities, tours, or transportation.
   • Clients should assess their physical abilities and consult a medical professional if necessary before participating in physically demanding activities (e.g., hikes, boat rides).

1. Theft or Loss:
   
   • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during any part of the tour, including transportation, accommodations, or activities. Clients are advised to take precautions and keep their valuables secure at all times.

1. Unexpected Events:
   
   • Must do Places is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
   • In such cases, we will make every effort to adjust the itinerary, but additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

Refund Policy:
To ensure the best experience for all clients and to cover preparation costs, Must do places has established the following refund policy:

1. No Refund Within 30 Days of Travel:
   
   • Bookings canceled within 30 days of the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

1. Partial Refunds for Cancellations Within 3 Months:
   
   • Cancellations made between 31 days and 3 months before the trip will be eligible for a 50% refund on all activities.
   • Non-Refundable Costs: Flights, hotels, and other pre-booked services are excluded from this refund.

1. Full Refunds for Cancellations Within 6 Months:
   
   • Cancellations made more than 6 months before the trip are eligible for a 100% refund on activities only.
   • Non-Refundable Costs: Flights, hotels, and other pre-booked services remain non-refundable.

Additional Notes:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Media@mustdoplaces.com
• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or emergencies.

Acceptance of Terms:
By booking with Must do Places, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above policies. This agreement is binding and applies to all individuals in the booking party.
