Step off the plane into the beautiful Rio de Janeiro and feel the Samba flow. Meet up with one of our amazing drivers to take you and your belongings to your hotel. 

Relax at your accommodation before catching the sunset at the world famous sugarloaf mountain. 

After a cable car ride up the nearly 1300 foot mountain you will be rewarded with 360 degree views of the beautiful new city you are set to experience. 

Choose to come to the group dinner or eat and adventure solo the rest of the night, the choice is yours! 

In Rio, it's all about relaxing, enjoying every moment and loving the people you are with. So on this marvelous second day for your Rio de Janeiro tour, we will start after breakfast. -The world famous Ipanema beach to work on the tan

- Copacabana beach

-Lunch included at a Churrascaria, a local all you can eat buffet that Brazil is known for

- For our active friends, we will be hiking the famous Dois Irmaos or (Two Brothers) Mountain

This beautiful 45 minute hike starts after we have an amazing and unique ride up the mountain on the back of a motortaxi. 

Because the hike is located in a favela, the motorbikes are the main source of transport. 

This hike is epic for the sunset and will make for some of you 

Day 3
Start your day with a delicious Brazilian breakfast at your hotel or a nearby café. Today’s focus is on immersing yourself in Rio’s culture and history.

• Morning: Explore the iconic Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Hop on a train through the lush Tijuca Forest to reach the summit of Corcovado Mountain, where you'll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
• Afternoon: Head down to the historic neighborhood of Santa Teresa. Wander its charming cobblestone streets, admire the bohemian vibe, and visit unique shops, art studios, and galleries.
• Lunch: Enjoy a traditional Brazilian meal at one of Santa Teresa’s renowned restaurants.
• Evening: Visit the Selarón Steps (Escadaria Selarón), a colorful mosaic staircase made by artist Jorge Selarón. It’s a perfect photo spot and an excellent way to end the day.

Return to your accommodation to relax or enjoy the local nightlife.

Day 4
Get ready for an adventure-filled day exploring the vibrant neighborhoods and natural wonders of Rio.

• Morning: Begin with a visit to Lapa, Rio’s nightlife hub, known for its iconic Lapa Arches (Arcos da Lapa) and lively streets. Stroll through the area and learn about its historical significance.
• Midday: Explore Pedra do Sal, the birthplace of samba music. Experience a live samba session while soaking up the authentic culture and vibrant atmosphere.
• Lunch: Savor a local specialty, like Feijoada or fresh seafood, at a nearby eatery.
• Afternoon: Spend the rest of the day at the Botanical Garden or hike to Vista Chinesa for stunning views.
• Evening: End your day with a visit to Leblon, a luxurious and lively neighborhood. Take a sunset walk along the beach or dine at one of its world-class restaurants.

Day 5
A mix of culture, nature, and relaxation awaits on day five.

• Morning: Start the day with a guided visit to Favela da Rocinha, the largest favela in Brazil. Learn about the community's culture, resilience, and unique way of life. Your guide will ensure the experience is respectful and safe.
• Afternoon: Head to Praia de Itacoatiara, located in Niterói, a short drive or ferry ride away. Known for its stunning natural beauty, this beach is perfect for relaxing, swimming, or taking in the dramatic rock formations.
• Lunch: Enjoy fresh seafood at a local beachside restaurant.
• Evening: Return to Rio and take it easy. Consider exploring Ipanema’s nightlife or enjoying a quiet evening at your hotel.

Day 6
Experience the wild side of Rio with adventure and breathtaking views.

• Morning: Visit the Tijuca National Park, one of the largest urban forests in the world. Hike to the Cachoeira das Almas waterfall or the Pedra Bonita trail for incredible vistas of the city and surrounding landscapes.
• Afternoon: Have lunch at a local restaurant in the nearby Barra da Tijuca area, followed by some free time to explore its beautiful beaches or go paddleboarding.
• Evening: Wrap up the day with a special dinner and live music at Rio Scenarium, a famous samba bar in Lapa.

Day 7
Your final day in Rio is all about creating lasting memories and saying goodbye to this marvelous city.

• Morning: Begin the day with a visit to the Maracanã Stadium, one of the most iconic football venues in the world. Take a guided tour and immerse yourself in the history of Brazilian soccer.
• Afternoon: End your Rio journey with a visit to Praia Vermelha, a quieter beach with stunning views of Sugarloaf Mountain. It’s a perfect spot for one last stroll or a dip in the sea.
• Evening: Say farewell with a relaxed dinner at a local favorite restaurant. Enjoy traditional Brazilian dishes and toast to an unforgettable week in Rio de Janeiro.
